Snow Plowing | Ice Management
In addition to the services we offer southeastern Pennsylvania during the landscaping construction season, we also help to maintain your residential community or commercial property when the snow and ice arrive in winter.
Snow Plowing
We can arrange snow plowing services for your development or commercial lot either "per push" or "per season". "Per push" means that there is a flat charge for each snow plowing service (event) we provide, and "per season" means we'll bill you the same monthly rate throughout the winter season (October 15th through March 15th).
Plowing trigger points (the predetermined depth of snowfall required before we plow your property) are set at 2" for a single snowfall event. Different trigger points can be set by request.
Snow emergency? Don't have an arrangement with a snow plowing contractor and you can't get out of your driveway? We can help there, too. Subject to availability, we can get you out of your drive and on your way. Please inquire about rates beforehand.
Ice Management
In the litigious society we live in, taking the appropriate steps to manage the ice on your Pennsylvania driveway, sidewalks and parking lot can mean the difference between a broken hip and the following lawsuit, and safe, happy family, neighbors and/or customers. Using corn-based ice melt, our ice management services create a safe place to travel by car or foot, and are safe for the surrounding plant life.
We can arrange for ice control visits simultaneously with our plowing visits, or separately, just do address and water freeze issues you may be experiencing.
Snow Shoveling / Snow Blowing
Sometimes all the big snow moving equipment in the world just can't offer the right fit for that small job. For those circumstances we offer southeastern Pennsylvania residents snow shoveling/ snow blowing services. Reserved for those smaller projects, our intrepid staff will brave the cold to keep your pathways
